  • Tuesday, January 1, 2019 is the First day for voters to submit an application for a ballot by mail (ABBM) or Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) for an election in 2019.

    Last day to Register to Vote October 7th, 2019
    Last day to Receive Application for Ballot by Mail October 25th, 2019
    Last day to Receive FPCA form October 25th, 2019
    Early Voting Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  in the Hemphill County courthouse at 400 Mains Street in Canadian TX in Room 202 beginning on October 21, 2019 and ending on November 1, 2019.                         
    Election Day

    November 5, 2019 (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)

    *Note that Precincts 202, 302, 303, and 402 have been consolidated with in-town Polling Places.

    Precinct No. 101--- Courthouse, 400 Main Street

    Precinct No. 301, 202 --- Fire Station, 2 Main Street

    Precinct No. 301, 302, 303 --- Baker Elementary School, 732 Cheyenne

    Precinct No. 401, 402 --- Canadian High School, 621 S. 5th Street
